Shipping policy
- Where we ship. We ship within the United States.
- Cost. Shipping is free on orders over $60. Below that, shipping is $5.95.
- When it ships. Every item is printed to order and checked by a real person before it ships. Rush printing ($7.95) prints and ships your order within 2 business days.
- Delivery time. Once your order ships, it usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days. We send it with the best carrier for your address (USPS, UPS or FedEx) and email you a tracking link when it ships.
- Holidays. Order by December 12 for delivery before the holidays.
- Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, we'll reship it once you've paid the shipping again.
- Lost or damaged. If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, email help@portraitandheart.com with your order number and we'll reprint and resend it.
