Privacy policy
- What we collect. The photos you upload, the words you type into the Memory Booth, the pictures we make for you, and your order details. Your browser keeps a random ID so your pictures and cart are still there when you come back. We store a one-way scrambled version of your internet address to limit how many pictures can be made each day; we never store the address itself.
- Who processes your photos. Memory Booth photos are sent to Google's Gemini service to create your picture. Pictures you order are sent to fal.ai to be sharpened for printing. Files are stored privately with Cloudflare. Orders and payments are handled by Shopify.
- How long we keep them. Pictures and photos that are never ordered are deleted after 30 days. Pictures you order are kept so we can reprint your order and so you can download your copy again.
- Deleting your photos. Email help@portraitandheart.com and we'll delete your photos and pictures within 30 days, unless we need them to finish an open order.
