Refund policy

• Every item is made to order with your picture, so we can't take returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
• If you're not happy with your print, or it arrives damaged or with a printing mistake, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint it free.
• Rush printing is refunded if your order doesn't ship within 2 business days.
• Extra Memory Booth tries can't be refunded once they're added.
